Shipping and Policies


SHIPPING: USPS is our primary carrier of choice. We ship orders within 1-2 business days of receiving cleared payment. Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the US.

Packages weighing 16 ounces and under will be sent via First Class with a tracking number.
Packages weighing 17 ounces and over will be sent via Priority Mail with a tracking number.
For shipping upgrades, please send us a message.

DONATE: We are 100% ad-free because I, Dawn, hate them. Therefore, everything you see on this Website, is OURS! If you’d like to donate to the running of our webpage, please ask for our PayPal information.

CANCELING AN ORDER: If you need to cancel an order, you may do so up until the shipping information has auto-updated on the Paypal transaction (which means that the order has already been taken to the post office). Please contact us with your concerns regarding this subject.

ABOUT OUR CHECKOUT PROCESS: When you check out and pay for your order, it is with Paypal. You do not need to create a Paypal account to shop with us. Simply select “Pay with a debit or credit card…” on the right side of the screen. Using Paypal protects both of us by giving a trail of our transaction forevermore on their Website. This is currently the best and most efficient method that Dawn has found.

SEEDS: There are certain seeds that may be considered a noxious weed in your state. Please consult the USDA Database before ordering. We do our best to follow the laws and we’d appreciate your due diligence as well. We reserve the right to cancel your order based on the discovery of any species restricted in your area and will refund your purchase 100%.

We do our absolute best to ensure that our precious organic seeds, tediously harvested and processed by our own hands, are delivered to you safely. If for some reason they are not intact upon arrival, please contact us as soon as you receive them.

Seeds are safely packaged in a 4×6 amber bubble mailer to prevent seed damage.
Each small amber seed pack includes basic germination instructions on the front.
Included in every package is our direct contact information.

LIVE PLANTS: We can ship certain live plants only during certain months of the year. They are generally only sent out on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to avoid sitting stagnant in a building or hot truck somewhere between us. Please contact us to consult on what is best for you.

HERBEDICINALS: As with the seeds, our valuable Herbedicinals products are carefully packaged and sent with a tracking number. Please contact us right away if there is a problem with your order or the condition of your package contents.

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, REPLACEMENTS: Please contact us directly and we will surely come to a fair solution together with consultation.
